Attached below are the Proposed Amended and Restated CC&R’s & By-Laws. These proposed changes have been mailed out several times to ALL property owners. These documents are for your review and will need to be voted on to be approved. The ballot will be mailed out with your annual HOA dues invoice and meeting notice on February 18th, 2026. Original CC&R's and By-Laws are located under the DOCUMENTS tab.
All invoices for 2025 HOA Dues will be mailed out on February 18th, 2026. (Reminder- we invoice dues a year in arrears) Included in the packet will be 2026 Annual Meeting Notice, Owner Contact Sheet, and Official Ballot. All documents are included below.
